On a tropical private island in North Male Atoll, Kurumba Maldives features beautiful white sand beaches and scenic coconut trees. Within easy reach of the international airport and capital city of Male, transfers are available 24 hours a day, taking less than 10 minutes to arrive from the airport in our speedboats. It offers free WiFi in all rooms, 7 restaurants and 4 bars. The resort has 2 outdoor freshwater pools, 2 Tennis courts and a fitness center. Offering a wide range of treatments, Kurumba Spa proposes the unique Dhivehi Beys treatments, as well as both modern and traditional treatments. Island-hopping tours and fishing trips are available, as well as customized excursions. The luxurious rooms and villas feature private terraces with beach views. Each room has a cable/satellite TV, Chinese cable channels, a safe and a work desk. A fridge and tea/coffee-making facilities are also provided. Private bathrooms come with a bathtub and shower. Extras include a Beach bag only in Beachfront Deluxe Bungalow upwards, slippers and an electric kettle. Kurumba’s restaurants boast an impressive variety of cuisines, including Japanese, Indian, and Arabian cuisine. Fez lounge features a wide selection of shisha, cocktails and snacks, Athiri bar is the best spot for gorgeous sunset views and Kandu bar offers DJ or live music.

性价比非常高

这是第二次入住库鲁巴度假村，第一次还是8年前。总的印象变化不大，房间设施有一点陈旧了，但并不影响整体舒适性，而且白天大部分时间也不会待在房间里。重要的是附近有很赞的水肺潜水点，同时库鲁巴度假村本身的房礁也是浮潜超棒的地点，从早上十点到下午两三点完全可以沉浸在浮潜的乐趣中，搜寻鹰燕鳐和黑鳍礁鲨等大型鱼类。餐厅的选择也很丰富，只是旺季太难预订5家特色餐厅了。Cafe的菜单选择有些局限，口味算不错。总之，考虑到房价，库鲁巴绝对是性价比很高的度假村了。

A really nice, experienced resort for vacation

The resort is already open for 45 years, which is the oldest resort in Maldives. Yet old doesn’t mean old fashioned or not being competitive, their flexible operation really brought us a wonderful trip in Maldives. You may not like to listen to the sound when the aircraft passes by cuz it is very close to airport, it makes you more than satisfactory in other ways. It’s a nice yacht to drive u from airport to the resort. The staff is nice when showing u around with a golf car. Everyone is helpful in the resort. Originally we should have only booked 4 nights, yet hk was having typhoon and we have no choice but to delay our flight. We were so frustrated of not be able to find a place to stay. Yet the resort assured us immediately by saying we could extend the nights even we are not sure how many nights we need to extend. They did their best to correspond our arrangement and allow us to pay the rent after our stay. They will organise some complimentary event for the guests like yoga class, painting class or even cocktail party for free... they may not be the most beautiful, spectacular resort in maldives but they are no doubt the warmest staff i have ever met! Really appreciate your hospitality

The property can only be reached by speedboat. Kurumba Maldives is 10-minutes speedboat ride from Velana International Airport. The return transfer will be arranged on a shared basis along with other guests. Please share your flight details with the property at least 3 days before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer. Please note that Kurumba does not allow third party transfer arrangements, therefore all guests are required to use the speedboat transfer service provided by the resort.
