The property itself is very nice, our room was clean and check-in was fine. We used the valet parking service that was provided by the hotel, which we assumed would also be a service in the morning. This was not the case. We came downstairs at 5am to get our car and the gentleman working went outside, grabbed our keys, and came back inside to tell us our car was in the garage across the street. Thankfully it was on the main level. Thankfully I was not alone so my husband went across the street to get the car while I waited with the luggage. I see my husband is unable to get out of the garage because of course he didn’t personally park the car there and didn’t have the means to get out. The man who got the keys went across the street and opened the garage for my husband to get out. Did we load our own luggage while the “valet” guy sat inside? Yup. We paid $30 for valet services which didn’t exist.
