Disrespectful Reception
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf, and while the hotel itself was generally okay, my experience at the reception was extremely disappointing. The staff was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional, making the check-in process unpleasant. Instead of a warm welcome, I felt scrutinized as they seemed more focused on verifying my financial status than providing good service. This was both unnecessary and disrespectful.
A hotel of this caliber should prioritize hospitality and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. Due to this, I will not be staying at a Hyatt Regency again. I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves the reception service.
