About the destination: Capital city of Germany, Berlin is one of the most exciting and historic places in Germany and in Europe. No other German city has more "visible" history to offer, despite all the scars of WW2 and the division during Cold War times. No other German city has such a rich cultural life. Berlin's architecture is quite varied. It is now possible to see representatives of many different historic periods in a short time within the city centre, from a few surviving medieval buildings near Alexanderplatz, to the ultra-modern glass and steel structures at Potsdamer Platz. Because of its tumultuous history, Berlin remains a city with many distinctive neighbourhoods. Berlin has so many faces. It is attractive, cosmopolitan, multicultural and multiethnic city with very friendly locals and lots to do and see.

About the destination: This former fishing village is now one of the most important business and commercial centres in Germany. The state capital of North Rhine – Westphalia, Düsseldorf is an elegant and modern city with a quiet simplicity and a cheerful atmosphere. It is also Germany’s capital of fashion. More than 80% of the city’s Altstadt, the old quarter along the Rhine, was destroyed during WWII, but it was reconstructed and remains an enchanting maze of cobbled streets. The heart of the old quarter is the Marktplatz where we find the Rathaus, a Renaissance building housing the city hall. The restored Rathaus looks onto the statue of Elector Jan Wellem. The elector’s mausoleum can be visited at the beautiful early-baroque St Andreas Kirche. Another church worth visiting is St. Lawrence Basilica, which is one of the most interesting religious sites in the city. The beautiful church was built in the 14th century and is considered one of the oldest buildings in the city. Art lovers are in luck as the city has several interesting museums, particularly art museums. MedienHafen is the thriving harbour district that contrasts with the historical core with its modern glass buildings and an abundance of stylish drinking spots and eateries. With its lively cultural, gastronomic and nightlife scene, Düsseldorf is a city that has it all.

About the destination: Frankfurt-am-Main is Germany's main financial and business metropolis and its most cosmopolitan city. Known as "Mainhattan" due to its flashy skyscrapers, it's also a thriving cultural hub, with significant scientific research centres and universities, a lovely opera house, numerous theatres and a rich array of museums. The Römerberg is the historical heart of Frankfurt. In the centre of this beautiful square, we find a replica of the statue of Justice. At the southern end, we have the charming Nikolai Church and to the west, we have the famous Römer, the city hall which is made up of several buildings, dating back to the 15th and 16th century. Nearby, we find the Goethe House, Frankfurt's most cherished museum, it gives a sense of the Goethe family's bourgeois wealth. Behind the Historischer Garten, the historical garden, where you can stroll among Roman and Carolingian excavations, the Frankfurter Dom rises. Frankfurt's main Catholic church held crowning ceremonies for the Holy Roman Emperors. This old Gothic style church is one of the most important churches in German history. Climb the tower for a breathtaking view of the city. The city's nightlife is captivating and diverse. Its traditional live jazz scene is still alive and a host of trendy new bars offer visitors the chance to indulge on a night out. On top of that, Frankfurt is packed with fantastic clubs for those who can happily dance until the wee hours of the morning.
