Kosgoda Sri Lanka

Kosgoda is a small coastal town in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka. It lies about 72 kilometres south of Colombo and sits roughly 1 metre above sea level. The area is becoming one of the liveliest tourist spots in Galle District, thanks to its beautiful beaches, the Kosgoda Lagoon – ideal for birdwatching and boat trips – as well as its sea turtles and turtle hatcheries.
