You get what you pay for

Bad start at check in, two keys required. Physical key was a pain. Good breakfast, clean room, good shower, Response from staff to fire alarm poor. Good location, convenient. You get what you pay for.

Construction work ruined my morning Please let your guests know in future if this will be happening. It’s fashion week, no one is having an early night so the extremely loud work being done outside my room was not a welcomed thing.
