Azraq Jordan

Azraq is a small town located in the Zarqa Governorate in the central eastern part of Jordan, 100 km east of Amman. As of 2004, it had a population of 9,021 individuals, with 84.5 percent being Jordanian. Due to its oasis, Azraq serves as a significant settlement in this isolated and dry region of Jordan.
