Jomtien Thailand

Jomtien is located about 160 km from Bangkok and runs almost seamlessly on from Pattaya to the southeast. A range of hotels and central tourist facilities such as shops, restaurants and bars are found in the northern (main) section. The narrow, busy beach is separated from the hotels by a road. Further east (Na Jomtien area), the hotels are in a quieter setting and are often directly on the wider beach. The balanced climate, with a less pronounced summer rainy season, makes the region a year‑round destination. The sea is not always clear close to the shore, and jellyfish can be present. Buses, taxis and tuk‑tuks provide a convenient and fast connection to Pattaya.
